Our deliveries in Ireland (including Northern Ireland) are by standard post via An Post. Domestic shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. International shipping is by prior arrangement only. Please note, that the services of An Post may be impacted by on-going Covid-19 related events and in such cases can be delayed.
You can return an item for any reason within 30 days from the date of shipping provided that it is unworn, unwashed and free from marks or stains. You will receive a full refund of the item(s) purchased once the returned goods are received. The cost of shipping is non-refundable (unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was faulty). The postage of returned items is paid by the customer unless we were at fault.
We can only offer an exchange if we have the preferred size/colour in stock. The customer will be charged for the postage of the exchanged item. If you want to return or exchange an item please email us at info@flyingmonkeystrapeze.com at your earliest convenience and not later than 30 days from the date of shipping.
