If you feel unwell, please stay at home and consult your GP.

Travel to the venue alone or with members of the same household only.

Bring your own water bottle and do not share it with others unless they are from the same household.

Sanitise your hands on arrival, between goes on the trapeze, and when you are leaving. There will be hand sanitiser on site, but we encourage you to bring your own.

You will be given a safety belt to wear during class. Do not swap these with other participants. If you need a different size, please ask a member of staff. Safety belts are sanitised between classes.

Maintain a minimum 2 metre physical distance to other participants and staff throughout the class.

Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your elbow if you cough or sneeze. Sanitise your hands after coughing or sneezing.

There are short periods of time when a coach will need to be closer to you than 2m, e.g. checking that your safety belt is on correctly and assisting you on the platform.

Currently by law, anyone arriving to Ireland from abroad will need to self-isolate for 2 weeks. This requirement may change in the coming weeks. However, even if it’s not legally required, we kindly ask you to protect our staff and students by not attending a class with us if you arrived in Ireland less than 2 weeks before the class.
